Born in 1997, he started his musical adventure with the guitar aged eleven. He has been listening to good music since birth thanks to his dad, who modestly describes himself: „I am just Igor’s technician”. A well-known and respected Polish guitarist Jarek „Chilek” Chilkiewicz gave him first lessons how to play the instrument. And it is Jimmy Page who has been Igor’s idol from an early age.

Iggy’s outstanding talent was discovered by Tomasz „Titus” Pukacki, the icon of Polish metal and the leader of Acid Drinkers, with whom Igor started the metal band Anti Tank Nun. With this group Igor released three studio albums and played more than hundred concerts, some of them at the largest Polish festivals.

Marco Mendoza – the bassist of such music groups as Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, The Dead Daisies, Black Star Riders, etc. – heard Igor and his band play as a support during the concert of Thin Lizzy in Poland (Iggy was fifteen years old then) and suggested a joint recording of the album. Thus, the project WAMI was conceived. Such big names as the drummer Vinny Appice (Dio, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell) and the vocalist Doggie White (Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tank, Michael Schenker) got into the act and together they recorded the album „Kill The King”, which enjoyed a fair amount of success in Europe and Japan.
Igor also performed in the multimedia project „Metropolis”. Together with Władyslaw Komendarek (an outstanding composer, arranger and producer of electronic music) and Agnieszka Makówka (The Grand Theatre in Łódź) they improvised to the famous silent film made in 1927 by Fritz Lang. The prestigious British magazine „Sound On Sound” called the performance „unique, extraordinary and unforgettable”.
Another musical enterprise that proves the flexibility of the young musician are performances with the project „Symphonic Queen”. The undertaking featuring Łódź choir and orchestra was enriched by Igor’s solos for which he won numerous good reviews.

On his artistic journey he has encountered such world-famous guitarists as: Steve Vai, Doug Aldrich, Vivian Campbell and Slash. Igor along with Anti Tank Nun played as a support for the last band.
He has released five studio albums so far and featured as a special guest on four more. Most recently on the album „Sinister” by Appice Brothers. The album presented not only his solo, but also some compositions by the guitarist from Goleniów. It received many positive reviews in the United States, South America and Japan.

Igor is currently working on his solo project. The first album under his own name will be released in the near future.
